500 internal server error after an upgrade

I just uploaded the latest upgrade to my client's server, as per the instructions in the text file that comes with the software. Now I'm getting a 500 Internal Server Error when I try to visit the login page.

The live site still works - http://www.mdldoorsystems.com/ - but not CMSB.
Any idea how I fix this, please?
