Hi It team
We created a section and use a category filter to determine to witch directory to go to but this means we don't use or need viewer url but we also cant use permalinks for that section cause the permalink needs this.
Is there a way to not user viewer url but stll use permalinks?

Hi Maurice,
What about adding a permalink manually to the database so that you can use whatever URL you want and not use the viewer URL system? If you log into CMS Builder then go to the plugins section, then click the permalinks DB link against the the permalinks plugin. This will take you to a page that lists all of the current permalinks. To create a new one click the create button, then add the permalink name you want to use to the permalink field and the full URL to your category page in the custom source URL field. You can leave the tablename and recordNum fields blank.
Let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks!

Hi Maurice,
Just to clarify, there isn't a problem with the system you're currently using? Unless you use the method I suggested in my previous post, there isn't really a way you can use the permalinks plugin with your current set up without using a viewer URL. Is the set up you're using the one you were talking about in this post:
