Hello,
I am trying to upload a 9 mb file, but im gettin an error. At first, when i tried to upload it, it told me it was too big. I then went in and changed my upload max to unlimited. now im getting the following error: http://i.imm.io/1fU6w.png
Hi Jeff,
I'm not sure what could be causing this problem, you'd normally get an error above the upload box stating why the upload failed. Please could you fill in a second level support request for me? You can find the form here:
https://www.interactivetools.com/support/email_support_form.php
Then I can take a closer look at what is causing the situation.
Thanks!

I think the problem is in your PHP.INI file. The default upload filesize is usually set to 2mb. I always set upload_max_filesize to 100m. I also increase max_execution_time so it doesn't time out on large uploads. You can easily check this by going to the Admin tab, General Settings, scroll down to Server Settings and click on the phpinfo link.
