Error when trying to access the code generator

I believe I had this issue once before with a Network Solutions server, but I can't remember how it was fixed.

When I try to access the code generator in the CMS, I get this error:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '?' in /data/15/2/85/150/2737639/user/3008726/htdocs/cms/lib/menus/_codeGenerator/generator_functions.php on line 49
