Hello,
I am running version 2.53 of cmsBuilder and for some reason the inline iframe Link Menu does not work. I have created a menu with a URL link and it works fine when I select to open the link in the "same window" or in a "new window or tab".
However it just displays a blank white page when I choose "inline iframe".
Would someone kindly suggest how I might be able to fix this?
Thank you,
Greg

Hi Greg,
Some sites are coded to prevent being included in iframes. Example would be gmail.com. If you are getting a blank white page in the inframe this is probably what is happening.
Test it out with a site you know doesn't have iframe breaking code and it should work correctly.
Let me know if this works.
Thanks!

Hi Damon,
Many thanks for your response.
I have tried google.com and a blank white page is just displayed. Should the Google home page display correct in the iframe?
Thanks for your help.
Regards,
Greg

Hi again,
No, unfortunately I don't think any Google sites/pages will work in an iframe.
Here is an example of a city site that will appear in an iframe:

Hi Damon,
Unfortunately that link won't open in an iframe for me either...
Any idea what could have caused this to break for me?
Regards,
Greg

Hi Greg,
I'm really not sure when the iframe link won't work for you but I'm happy to take a look.
