WYSIWYG not loading and blank pop up error messages on saves

I am having issues with the WYSIWYG editor loading in - it just shows blank.  I am also getting blank error messages when saving or when reordering by drag and drop, etc.  I am able to refresh and the saved changes or created editors will be there for the most part.  The host server was upgraded to php  5.3.3 but still am having issues.  I did work through the items suggested in this post: http://www.interactivetools.com/forum/forum-posts.php?postNum=2218304#post2218304 but nothing has worked.  I am under a tight deadline and could use some help please.  thanks.
