Update multiple records

Hi,
we need to update 500 records with new numbers (prices), does anyone have great tip for speeding up this task?
It would be great to edit the records directly in the CMSB admin/list-view with a ajaxified-apply button for each record. Or a save button for a big editable admin page, but I guess that would be a bit complicated. Can IT make any of these features through consulting?
Another approach that could work would be a variant of the "Save & Copy" plugin called "Save & Edit next". Can that be done?

How often will you need to update these prices?
It's a fairly large number of updates so I here is one approach that would save a whole lot of time over editing each record:
- Export the records with CSV Export.
- Open in Excel and edit the prices.
- Upload the updated csv file back into CMS Builder with CSV Import
