Permalinks plugin and multi language website

Example: I want to add a second language to my existing website, so i created an extra field for almost all fields in a record.
For "title" I have now 2 fields one for English and one for Dutch, what is the solution to use permalinks now?
Example:
(English) http://www.yourdomain.com/title-comes-here/
(Dutch) http://www.yourdomain.com/titel-komt-hier/
OR
Is the only solution to create a new section or record ?

Hi videopixel,
There's no easy way to have both permalinks point to the same page. Old permalinks are "remembered" by the plugin, so you could manually change it from one to the other and they'd both work, but it would always redirect to the most recently saved permalink name. Plus you'd have the issue of how and where to list permalinks of one language or the other.
Probably the simplest would be to either use permalinks in a single language only or to have secondary section (or record) for records in another language.
