User Accounts Menu doesn't show up after upgrade

I did an upgrade on a website CMS, and after the update, it appears that everything is working except the user accounts. I see the table in the section editor, but the user accounts menu is not showing up in menu bar. I can obviously log in, but can't access this table to add users, etc. Any thoughts?

Thanks for posting!
There is a setting on the Advanced tab when you are in the Section Editor called "Hide Menu". When that's checked the section won't show up in your menu. i suspect that somewhere along the lines, this check box was ticked.
Having said that, the upgrade itself shouldn't have changed as it's a manually adjusted setting.
For now, could you take a look and see what the setting is at and let me know?

That's exactly what it was! unselected and it works...
As a note, I did not make this change during the update so it must have been changed by the upgrade process.

Great! Glad that worked out for you :). The upgrade shouldn't change that setting though so I am curious if you could give me the version number upgrade from and the version you upgraded too. I'd like to run some tests to see if I can reproduce the issue.

Very old… about 1.3 (?) to newest. Probably the furthest I've ever upgraded a site. Had to bring database through phpMyAdmin.
I wouldn't waste much time on this… I'm guessing it is pretty rare!
