I have been away for a while and noticing that it has not been updated since April 2013 and still on ver.2.53.

Yep, we're working on some big updates, but we've had enough inquiries about the time between releases that I think I'm going to push out a maintenance release so people know for sure! :)

I look forward to new features as much as the next person, but a long time between updates means to me no immediate bug fixes are needed. Like that!
