File upload not working in latest version of Chrome

I have a client is receiving the following error
“User Agent must be Flash, not: 'Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/31.0.1650.63 Safari/537.36'”
I found a solution to this in the archives, but am wondering if its still a valid solution.

Hi,
That issue was fixed in CMS Builder 2.16.
Compatibility: Added workaround for Chrome browser bug when uploading "User Agent must be Flash, not..."
What version of CMS Builder is the client running?
