The IE 11 issues with the WYSIWYG editor look like they are caused by Microsoft changing the browser user agent name.

Unfortunately, problems have been reported with several Google products and even Outlook web access because they look for “MSIE” in the user agent string. IE11′s user agent is:
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; WOW64; Trident/7.0; rv:11.0) like Gecko
There’s no sign of “MSIE” and it’s not surprising Microsoft removed it. Some sites detect the string to make IE to show a degraded layout or switch to legacy APIs
I have added you name to the list to send out a patch when it is ready. The patch will also be included in the next version of CMS Builder soon to be released.

I have a client reporting the same issue. Can you add me to the patch list as well? Thanks.

Yes, I added you to the patch list. It actually will more than likely be an upgrade version as it looks like we will use a newer version of the WYSIWYG editor that will deal the the IE 11 issue.
Chris is working on it so hopefully this is out soon.
I will post and update here when it is ready along with a seperate new sticky post.
Thanks!
