One thing to keep in mind is that if your client creates many top tier pages that exceeds the width of the top tier navigation, then some of the top tier navigation may begin to re-flow below the other navigations for a two level top tier navigation. That's why I create a single instance per category and use the <?php break;?> thereby preventing the client from breaking their navigation.
There's certainly other ways to prevent the client from creating too many top tiers, so the navigation doesn't flow to a second row, but I never put much time into figuring that out. If you build a solution for it, please share.

Oh snap! Thats awesome. THANKS so much, I love this forum (and Interactive Tools) for just this reason. Great help when I get in a bind. It's why I have used the CMSB for so many years.
I'll definitely give the other single instance per category a try for next time
:-)

Glad to be of help.
The support from other forum users and the excellent support from the team of Interactive Tools was a major deciding factor in my choice to use CMS Builder about 7+ years ago... in addition to the excellent and highly customizable solutions CMS Builder brings to the table.
... and with that said, a big hardy THANK YOU to all the forum users who have helped me so many times over the years and the team of Interactive Tools! You guys ROCK!
