Hi,
This is extremely odd. We've installed tens of CMSBuilders across multiple websites/hosting platforms. We're using the latest version.
Every minute or so, the admin logs us off. Admin user won't remain logged in and gets kicked out constantly.
We've tried everything such as:
- This install is on the same hosting platform as many other CMSB so that obviously has nothing to do with the hosting,
- We've changed the session save path (putting the full relative path) or session_cookie_domain but no luck with that as well (although we've never had to edit those values in the past),
- We've installed a fresh new install of CMSB but it still happens on the other install
- There are no plugins other than the default ones
- Removed the default CMSB php.ini
-
We are out of ideas, please help!
Thanks a lot
I hate to ask, but did you accidentally change the Admin --> General Settings --> Advanced Settings --> Login Timeouts to "minutes"?
just asking......

Have you tried leaving the session.save_path blank? You seem to have checked everything I would.

Yes I did, for sure, tried empty (we never specified it in the past but just tried for the sake of trying...)
Really frustrating and an upset client...
Hmmm. Only other thing I can think of is that the one site I am using it I have kept the directory below /public_html/. In that case, it's set to /home/xxxxx/tmp not /home/xxxxx/public_html/.....

Hi samsam,
Can you email me FTP/CMS login details and steps to reproduce to dave@interactivetools.com and I'll check it out? Note: Don't post login details to the forum, email only.
Thanks!
