Problem with PDF Creator...workaround given in the readme.txt is not the challenge apparently

Hi Terry,

I had a look and emailed you.  It looks like your host changed something and their new environment no longer has the required libraries for CreatePDF that their old environment had.

You might try changing this flag in the plugin: $GLOBALS['CREATEPDF_FORCE_32BIT']        = false;  // Use 32 bit binary even on 64 bit systems

You'll still get errors, but those errors might be easier for them to resolve.  Or alternatively there's a section in the readme on setting up a remote proxy server to generate PDFs.
