Bulk User Access Editor v1.0 error with v2.61

This user submitted addon is not working with CMS Builder 2.61.
It generates a Warning "cannot send header, header already sent /cmsAdmin/lib/menus/sidebar.php:41) in /cmsAdmin/lib/menus/header.php on line 2"
I realize that as a user submitted plugin that there is no official support. Just wondering if anyone has solved the problem and how?

Hi kitsguru,
The first thing I'd do would be to check through the plugin files to see if there are any blank lines either at the very top or the very bottom of files. Often this problem is caused by an extra blank line after the ?> at the bottom of a PHP file.

HI Chris,
Thanks for that, but no lines after the closing ?> on any of the plug in files. I even deactivated all the other plugins as well, but no still get the same error.
Also verified that all the other plugins function as they should.
