Hi,

Can you view the source of the image link and see if the URL is correct?

This Microsoft article has more details is the issue isn't a broken link:

Are you seeing a red "X" (or other placeholder) instead of an image on a webpage? This might be caused by a broken link, a compatibility problem between the site and Internet Explorer, or something else that might be fixed by changing Internet Explorer's settings.

It is not a URL.  They are images from my computer which I upload to the site.  I have a hundred or so already there that I uploaded in the same manner.  I've never hand any problem before.  Thanks for your help.

Hichuckwagongang,

Can you check to make sure your web server isn't out of disk space?

If that's not the case, can you upload the image here? I can try to upload it to CMSB to try to narrow down what the problem might be.
