Permalink Error

Hello,

I'm getting an error using the permalinks plugin. When I try to go to a page that calls a permalink URL, I get the following error:

Not Found

The requested URL /cmsAdmin/plugins/permalinks/permalinks_dispatcher.php was not found on this server.

Permalinks Dispatcher at dev.stsupery.com Port 80

It appears that the permalinks dispatcher PHP is in the right place. I am using the vanilla .htaccess code from the Code Generator.

Any ideas?
