About intro page with list section

Hi again
I have a intro page.
On the page I have a intro information and a PDF files list.
The PDF list have many records.
On cmsAdmin panel
Do I need to create 2 section for the intro page?
One is a Single Record for the page intro.
Others is a Multi Record for listing the PDF files.
Is it correct?
Is it possible to create only a section for the 2 require?

Hi Jac
The fastest way to do this is to use a list viewer for the PDF files, and then add a hard-coded section above them for the intro information. This would mean that you won't be able to edit the intro from the CMS admin, but it's a quick and simple way to get it set up if you need it right now.
