Hello, All -
This is one of those silly little things that I'm sure must have been requested before...!
Is it possible to make a record hidden to the public - but visible to an Admin?
A couple of clients have (effectively) requested such a thing - and I can understand why. They want to create articles which need to remain hidden from visitors until they are ready to publish them. The only trouble is that if you make a record hidden the person creating the article can't see it either! How do you check the page layout or the formatting unless you can see the real thing?
I apreciate you could create a separate file for the admin to view the record through - but that's not the kind of fix I'm looking for.
Any work-around?

Hi Perch
I can think of a few ways to do this but it'd probably be too long and also custom code, which is outside the scope of forum support.
I'll refer this to Dave, he might have a shortcut for you.

Hi Perch
I asked Dave, and he suggested using the Preview button. Is that an option for you?
