Godaddy has really dropped the ball on their latest server upgrades and updates.
I've had nothing but constant issues with all my websites hosted on Godaddy since they started their server upgrades and updates. I think they're just installing new servers, or upgrading their servers in a default installation and fixing issues as they arise - but they wont admit that there's any issue on their end and lack of server functionality or configuration... it's always my problem to deal with, until I complain enough and tell them to down grade all my websites hosting plans back to older servers that actually work... then miraculously a problem is fixed. I've had to spend close to an entire week on the phone discussing each issue with them, going around and around with Godaddy support trying to get each server setting adjusted as I discover each problem... and it's always an issue with my CMS (CMS Builder) according to Godaddy support, until I tell them - "well how do you expert any other web developer to accomplish the NECESSARY TASK such as adding http:// and https:// to a link when managing client's websites? Here's what you can expect - countless web developers leaving Godaddy in hordes seeking out hosting providers that know what the needs are for web developers to develop a website!"
I also have no confidence in their support personnel, because I get one answer from one person and the next person I speak to tells me something completely different - or has no idea how to answer a question.
Completely frustrated with Godaddy!
