Download Mail imap extension

Hello,

I am trying to use the Download Mail add on but there is a message "Download Mail: This plugin requires the PHP 'imap' extension! " at the top of my CMSbuilder plugin page.

Does this have to do with the server?

It worked fine on another server.

note: the server supports IMAP4.

Hi Hiroko,

This is most likely an issue with the server. There is a PHP extension called imap which is used by your sites server to connect to the imap e-mail server, you can read about it here:

http://php.net/manual/en/book.imap.php

This is probably not installed. I'd contact your hosting company and ask them if they have the imap extension installed on the server.
