Are there any Plugins available for email attachment encryption?

Hi nmsinc,
No, but you could attach an encrypted file just as easy as an unencrypted one, and you can use secure mail servers with SSL by setting that under: Admin > General Settings.
Let me know if you had another kind of encryption in mind.
