CreatePDF 1.05 Released!

Hi All,

If you have a site where Create PDF is working great, I wouldn't worry about upgrading.  If you have a site where it had issues, try this, and definately use it for new sites.

Improvements include:

• Includes the latest wkhtmltopdf binary 0.12.1 (and 0.12.1.2 for Windows)
• Works with many more servers and comes with 12 binaries for different windows and linux distros
• Has easy method to test all 12 binaries at once to determine which ones work with server
• Patched against internet wide SSL bugs
• Supports HTTPS TLS protocol, which means it works on servers that have been patched for POODLE and HeartBleed (patching disabled SSL2 and SSL3 and make it so PDF creation of HTTPS pages or sites failed.
• Better error checking.
