Creating PRICE DB & DISPLAY from existing info & Excel upload

Hello! 

I'm not sure what I want to do  can be done - but you don't know until you ask, right?! :) 

On the Stallion List  "stallion_list" (name, breed, photos, price & all other info) I would like to create a new page that is just a price list. That, however is not what I'm having issues with. 

My problem is that the client would like to be able to upload her own Excel price list updates on a regular basis (Stallion Names will match those that are already on the website- all names are unique). I'm not sure if she will be able to upload the file herself or if I would have to do it.  Only 2 fields would be involved: 

"title" (stallion name)
"price"

Will it work to upload an excel price list? If so, would it replace the current prices with her new sale prices? The reason she wants to maintain the excel price sheet is for exporting to pdf and using in other ways.
