Hi there

The session is probably timing out automatically. You can set it to not time out, or extend the session time, in Admin -> General Settings -> Security Settings.

Most of file are fine.  Only a 600MB file got the error.

The hosting space have enough space.

Roughly how long is it taking from starting the upload to getting this error?

Did not count it.

It might be around 15-20 min.

Tried over 6 times.  All got same situation.

Hope you can help.

Thanks!

I suspect there might be a hard limit on length of time that a script can run on your server. Do other large files cause this error? Is it possible to test whether smaller files take that long?

Hi,

Just testing a 120MB file.  I cost 8 min uploading time.

There are many big files (around 400MB) on the site.  It is no problem for uploading.

Only the 601 MB file got error.

For hosting company.

I have no idea how limit for the uploading.

Hope that's help.

I think there's definitely a limit there. Can you go to the General Settings and view your PHP info?

No, sorry, that's not what I mean. You need to click the phpinfo link at the bottom of the screen, under Server Info.
