Upload - Segmentation

Hi I'm back!

Started playing with moving my personal site from (ug) wordpress to cmsBuilder. But already noticing an issue that I thought was resolved ages ago and that is too many uploads in one directory. No matter how good the server having too many files lobbed into one directory is not a good idea, and management then becomes troublesome.

My suggestion is a 'simple' stratification by the YYYYMM (ie the year in full and the two digit month like 201501) under the upload directory, this means that each month has a directory and that should be safe for most people, it wouldn't be overly code difficult, and should make files less difficult to search though. Even allow a few nice extras that my brain cells are cogulating.
