Spell Check on by default

I remember a post existed explaining how to make spell check enabled by default - so that it's always on, but I can't remember how to do this. Can anyone shed some light on how to make the change, what CMS file and what line of code needs to be edited. This is in reference to CMS Builder Program Version   2.61 (Build 1058).
