Error on uploading an image

I am receiving this error when attempting to upload an image.

The image size is 740KB,  width 665px height 318px.

The upload parameters are:

Required user may not leave field blank
Upload Settings File extensions allowed:   jpg,png,
Maximum uploads: 1  files (uncheck for unlimited, set to 0 for none)
Maximum upload size: 5120  Kbytes (uncheck for unlimited)
Resize images larger than:  750px width 293px  height
Create thumbnail : width   height recreate
Create thumbnail (2) : width   height recreate
Create thumbnail (3) : width   height recreate
Create thumbnail (4) : width   height recreate
Resized images maintain proportions, height and width are "maximum" values.
