Image Name visible in PREVIEW rather then thumbnail

Hello,
Thanks for any input.
The image upload, it works fine when I upload etc as I can see it on my site website when I can call it from the database no problem. BUT!!!! lol
OK when I view it in the cms in itself the "preview" area in itself shows up as the name of the image but does not show it as a thumbnail.
Please see part 2 of the image i send. I did the screen capture, the area called 2 shows you what I see when I view the preview area.
When I click that link in part 2 of the image under PREVIEW it take me to a page that shows the error.
I had thought I could see the thumbnails there in the past and cannot understand as to why they have disappeared. Before I do many image uploads etc I would like to think I have all the settings totally correct.
I have done a screen shot of all my settings for image uploads etc and would be very grateful for any input as to if am I supposed to see the thumbnail in the preview or not.

Hi,
For the Custom Upload directory, can you change this:
Directory Path: ../fabricdesigner/fabrictypespopups/
Folder URL: ../fabricdesigner/fabrictypespopups/
to this:
Directory Path: ../fabrictypespopups/
Folder URL: ../fabrictypespopups/
See if this works for you. If not, send in a Support Request with your CMSB login and FTP details (don't post those here) so I can take a closer look:
