Hi Carbon,

One approach that may work, assuming there’s only one tenant per property (I haven't tried to set this for multiple tenants but it should be relatively easy), is to create a new multi-record section editor, called, “Tenants”, with at least one text field for the tenant’s name called “Name”.

Then in your properties section, create 2 new standard, pull down, single value list fields, called “Floor Area” and “Percent Occupied”, in which the list values are a list of floor areas (500, 1000, 1500, 2000, 2000, etc.) and percentages (10, 15, 20, 25, 30, etc.)

Then create a 3rd (single value, mult-value?)  pull down list field in your “Properties” section  called “Tenants” and set the list options to “get options from database (advanced)”, and choose the“Tenants” section as the table name , set the option values as the ‘num’ field and the option labels as the ‘name’ field.

Create a record for each tenant in the "Tenants" section.

Choose the appropriate value for the fields in each" Properties" record.

Then in your viewer, those fields will display the chosen values for each property record displayed.

Hope that's enough to get you started.
