Multi record item only going to first item in the list

I have built a site that scrolls up and down, if you click on a navigation link it scrolls to the relevant ID anchor point, I am trying to put the CMS on as a multi record, but I cannot get it to scroll to the relevant story. If you click on Evening Events you will see what I mean, it scrolls to eventing events then once yopu click on a link in the list it goes to that area but when I try and do this in cms it always goes to the first item in the list..
