Does any one know why the wysiwyg editor has just the words Paragraph 4(14pt) instead of the normal editor tools?

Hi richo,
It seems like your WYSIWYG editor is broken, probably caused by wrong installation path or file/directory path.
Do you mind if we take a closer look by sending us a 2nd level support ticket?
