New Error

Hi
This website, http://webstertrophy.ca, has been working error free for about 3 years. For some strange reason on 31 Aug 15, it starting generating the following error message:
Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/webster/public_html/en/competitionPages.php on line 119
I have made absolutely no changes in the code. You can see the error if you pick "Application Packages" from the menu. I have attached the page itself below.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Ragi,
Does the file_upload upload field still exist in CMS Builder?
Could you send in a Support Request with CMS Builder and FTP details so I could take a closer look?
