Form Post Stopped Working

I have a form on a site that posts to itself and have discovered that this is no longer working on some pages. E.g. http://www.luxurychartergroup.com/yacht-type.php/gulet-4/

On posting the form, we get a "record not found" error.I assume that this is the result of a php or cms upgrade.

Any idea what the issue is andhow we can work around this issue?

I tested all the 3 forms (search, enquire.., and the newsletter subscription forms) in http://www.luxurychartergroup.com/yacht-type.php/gulet-4/ but all of them worked fine.

Am I looking at the wrong forms?

Did you take any special steps when submitting the form? If yes, can you tell me the steps on how to replicate the "record not found" error?

Hi Daryl, I ended up removing a hidden input that seems to have fixed it, I am not sure why but its working now, thanks for checking though.
