Hi Guys,
Is there an "official" way of adding more fields to the subscribe form? ie. Name, Phone etc. I found: http://www.interactivetools.com/forum/forum-posts.php?postNum=2234976#post2234976
Or would it be easier to build a separate form and "hard code" the various required fields and bypass the "opt in" loop etc? I really just need to have a contact form on a website add people to the email list...

Thanks for posting.
There isn't an "official" way to add new fields to the subscription form. What I've done in the past is run my signup page separately from the newsletter and when adding that record to the database, also create a record in the newsletter subscribers tables.
