Receiving Error after Install of 3.02

First off I want to mention great job with the CMS upgrades!  The design and functionality look great!  I did run into an error when trying to access a section in my CMS after I upgraded from 2.65 to 3.02

When accessing a link on the left nav I receive the following error message:

Warning: join(): Invalid arguments passed in /home/public_html/cmsAdmin/lib/menus/default/list_functions.php on line 202 Unknown search field type ''!

Here is the code on line 202 of /list_functions.php

  $fieldsAsCSV = join(',', $fieldnames);

Any ideas what could be causing the issue?

Not sure if its a bug, but, I was able to resolve the issue by adding _all_ to the section "Searching" area.  The issue seemed to be that the Search Fields field was blank.

In case anyone else is experiencing this here is how to resolve:

  1. Open the section in the Admin Section Editor
  2. Select the "Searching" tab of the section
  3. Add _all_ to the Search Fields field then save
