CMSB 3.03+ will require PHP 5.5+ (and PHP 5.6+ by end of the year)

Hi All,
Please note that the next release of CMSB will require PHP 5.5 or better, and by the end of the year we'll be requiring PHP 5.6.
After that, we'll be supporting PHP 5.6 until 31 Dec 2018 (2 years, 10 months).
So if you need to upgrade PHP on your server, we recommend you upgrade to PHP 5.6.
This is to keep pace with the supported versions of PHP listed here: http://php.net/supported-versions.php
Older PHP versions can run slower, no longer receive security updates, and can put your server at risk. So it's important to ensure your server is getting regular updates.
