Save&Copy with CMSb 2.65

This is probably old, and I wanted to think I saw something one time on it, but I never bothered to deal with it. Now, I'm having a customer that's actually trying to use the function and calls every time they get it.
When you do a "Save & Copy" on a section that has images, I get the following error:
Error:
Warning: copy(picture-name_001.jpg): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/ACCOUNT/public_html/cmsAdmin/lib/upload_functions.php on line 146
File 'picture-name_001.jpg' isn't a valid 'jpg' file.<br/>
But the picture is there and when I click OK, the record copies correctly and the picture is in the record, so it seems to be an odd warning.
Does anyone know how to get this error from appearing?
Thanks in advance.
Gary.

Hi Gary,
Just tested the Save & Copy plugin (1.07) with CMS Builder 2.65 and it works for me without any popup error message but does write an error message to the error log.
Also tested Save & Copy plugin (1.07) with CMS Builder 3.02 and works as expected with no popup errors and no errors in the Developer Log.
Can you upgrade CMS Builder to the latest version?

Hi - I have quite a few 2.65 customers, so upgrading all of them is not possible. I am working on trying to get everything over to 3+ now, but am not there yet. You probably don't get a pop-up because you might have those error messages turned off in General Settings whereas I don't right now. I can for that customer. That would get me over the hump at least.
Gary.
