createPDF local windows errors

Hi,
I'm trying to createPDF locally (php-mysql local web server) to create invoices with my web app that i created and using with cmsBuilder.
I tried with the cmsB v2.65 with createPDF 1.05 (all Test Server Requirements passed) but i'm getting errors:
QFont::setPixelSize: Pixel size <= 0 (0)
QFont::setPixelSize: Pixel size <= 0 (0)
and the cmsB v3.02 with createPDF 1.07
Test Server Requirements not passed:
Testing pdf binary with command: "E:/httdocs_websites/bitamin/bcmAdmin_v3/plugins/createPDF/wkhtmltopdf/wkhtmltopdf-0.12.3.1_msvc2013-win64.exe" -V
Result: 0 bytes returned
Output:
Error: No output returned from command! (Exit code: -1073741515)
and i'm getting the same error during custom test and creation commands.
please advice,

Hi Karlz,
What version of Windows are you running? And is it 32 or 64 bit?
And what happens when you run this from the command line?
wkhtmltopdf-0.12.3.1_msvc2013-win64.exe -V

Thank you for your reply.
I'm using windows 7 64bit and if i run the command wkhtmltopdf-0.12.3.1_msvc2013-win64.exe -V from CMD i getting (after a short delay)
wkhtmltopdf 0.12.3.1 (with patched qt)
All the above if from the cmsBuilder 3.02. Maybe its better if we looking for solution on the v2.65 where i getting conversion error?
