Minor Admin Functionality Items

Hello,

Just a couple minor admin functionality items.

First item is while within the admin area performing a search on a listing editor, the results are shown as "Search returned YYY of XXX records (show all)" - with "show all" being reset search link. When you click "show all" it also clears the Per Page selection back to the default 50 while resetting the search. Recommendation would be to have "show all" retain the Per Page selection while resetting the search.

Second item is related to the "Hide Menu - Don't show this section on the menu bar" setting. When this setting is ticked, it also disables the ability to use the code generator for the hidden menu item. We'd even tried passing the table name through the get string but it's not allowed. As the code generator itself is an admin feature, I'd recommend the setting for "hidden menu item" to just hide the menu item from the editor view versus disabling other CMS features along with it.
