Twitter Plugin not activating

Hi Greg,

This file should be automatically created when the plugin initiates. Here are a couple of issues that could be causing the problem:

  • The Program Directory path in your CMS Builder installation might not be correct. You can check and updated this in the CMS Builder General Settings.
  • There could be permission issues on the server stopping the plugin from creating the file. Do you have any issues when you upload a file to the server?

Thanks,

Greg

Hi Greg,

I think the problem was a permissions error as I use Github to pull changes to the server. However, I have now resolved this by deleting the plugin and uploading it again.

Thanks,

Greg
