Outgoing SMS not sending

Hello,
For some reason SMS messages I try sending from within the admin area are not being delivered. I can't see any error messages in the log so I was wondering if someone could help me investigate what the problem could be.
I have created an account with TextLocal and when I send messages from the TextLocal control panel I receive them successfully.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hey Greg,
What message do you get back when you send a message via the plugin test message interface? You can access this via plugins menu in the CMS, then go to Send Test SMS. Enter the same details you used to send the message via the TextLocal control panel. Do you get any error messages from using this method?

Hi Greg,
Thanks for getting back to me. I just figured out the problem - I was running the plugin in test mode!
I changed the testmode setting in outgoingSMS.php to "false" and now it's working great.
