Typos in 3.07

Found two typos in a 3.07 file that's causing an error...

cmsb > lib > wysiwyg.php
line 61: missing comma at end of line
line 66: extra comma at end of line

I made those changes in the example code.

Can you let me know if you got an error with the extra comma at the end of the line and which browser that was with? It should generally be supported in all the modern browsers now.
