Upload to insert an upload (3.07, mac, chrome)

I am having issues with inserting an upload through the WYSIWYG link popup when using Mac/Chrome. The upload process is fine, but clicking on the "insert" text link doesn't do anything. It works properly for me in Mac/Safari.
