Auto delete record after 6 months

Hi I am planning to collect form data in CMSB, for job applications, when they enter their details in the online form, after submitting it will be entered into the applicants table. I would like the applicants to be auto deleted after a certain amount of time from the creation date to meet data protection requirements. Would this be possible?

Hi,
This is absolutely possible. You will need to have a cron job running periodically (most likely every day), checking for the records that are 6 months old and delete them. If you need any help to set this up, you can always send am email to us at consultant@interactivetools.com.
