Simple Forum 1.04 Released

Hi All,

We've just released a new version of Simple Forum:

NOTE: This version requires CMSB 3.10 (Released June 16, 2017) and Website Membership plugin.

Here's what's new in 1.04: 

• New Feature: "Mark all as read" link in forums. This allows users to quickly mark every thread in a forum as being read.
• Added custom CSS file to allow additional styling inside the TinyMCE editor. We have included a few default styles for things like blockquotes and code blocks to better match the default front-end form CSS.

If you are upgrading from a previous version, please make note of the additional upgrade instructions in readme.txt.
