permalink update tables issue

When running the update tables command, it looks to add the permalink to the table when is it is empty. It does not check to see if the permalink actually exists.
It would be good that the update tables command created the permalink if it didn't exist even if the permalink field had a value.
This came about when I copied an existing table from another database that already had a permalink field.

Thanks for that suggestion. I ran into that issue recently as well and I've added it to our queue for adding to a next version.
In the meantime, one workaround is to erase all the permalink values and run "update tables" again, but you might get different permalinks from what they were originally. And another fix is to click modify and save on each record (if there aren't too many) as the plugin will add the permalink on save if it doesn't already exist in the database.
In any case, we'll add it to a future update.
