Modify Form Generator

Hi Guys.

Would I be able to edit the form generators to output different code rather than the current format?

ie:

rather than

num: <?php echo htmlencode($test['num']) ?><br/>

have

<tr><td>num:</td><td><?php echo htmlencode($test['num']) ?></td></tr>
