Installation error - 1045 - Access denied for user

Hi, there.

I'm getting this error message while trying to setup CMSB on a client's server:

1045 - Access denied for user 'lpmusica_cms2019'@'localhost' (using password: YES)

Does anyone know what's causing this and how to fix it, please?
